Bruiser

Yep, it’s Wednesday again. We bowled again. I really need to add some new material to my blog. We lost the first and third games, but won the first game and totals. So that’s 3 of 7 points that we took. Better than nothing, I guess. Kirk started out slow tonight but really came alive in the third game. Don had a really rough first game, but changed balls and really improved. Craig was steady as can be, as was Jill. I changed something I was doing late in the first game and never got my shot back. That’s ok, my average was getting too high anyway.

So here’s how the scoring went:

Well, that’s this week’s report. I’ll try to get some new, hopefully original, content on here this week. Don’t hold your breath waiting for it, though.

Okay, anywho…here’s the scores.

The team we bowled against had 2 new bowlers who had not established average. So after waiting for it all to get over, our calculations said that we won 5 points and lost 2. But after looking at the scoring sheet online, it would appear that we won all 7 points. Good for us! Last week we moved up from 9th place to 6th, this week we didn’t move up at all.

Well, we had a pretty darn good night last night, taking all 7 points. Craig took the night off so we had Jill’s mom, Wendy, bowling in his place. Here’s how the scoring went:

I had a little trouble at work with the bowling report redirecting me to some other page, so I’m going to try again. So here it is…

Last night we didn’t do as well as the last couple of weeks, only winning the last game. We kept it tight all 3 games, though, and only lost totals by 16 pins. We had a good time, as usual, and Kirk bowled quite well with a 691 series! Craig bowled well too, after a rather dismal first game. Here’s how the scoring went:

Another week of bowling is done. We did well. We won all 7 points against a pretty good team. In response to the Pudgeman’s question from last week’s report, we got a young fella named Craig to fill in the empty spot on the team. Nobody could ever replace you, Dougie. We just filled a void. Anyway, on to the scores:
