Set Your Alarm!
At three minutes and four seconds after 2 AM on the 6th of May this year, the time and date will be 02:03:04 05/06/07. This will never happen again. (except at 02:03:04 pm, but technically, that’s 14:03:04) (and of course, there’s always 2:34 to consider as well.) Oh, and the every 100 years thing comes into play, too.
Sheesh! Who sends me this stuff??
First Ride of the Season
The other day I got my bicycle out and got it ready for riding. Changed the air in the tires (way overdue), lube job on the chain, polished the pedals, the works…well, okay, I put air in the tires. I took it for a spin around the neighborhood and decided that I’ll be needing to do the short trips for a while. So what did I do today? I rode my bike to work after lunch. Yes indeed, the whole way, only stopping for the traffic light. Yep, both miles. Felt good, too. My heart rate was a little higher than I would have liked, but it came back down pretty quickly. So now the season has begun. I hope to get some longer trips in this year, but we’ll see how that goes.

Grandtwins Update
Wow…been a while. How ya been? I’ve been busy lazy lately, so I haven’t posted much. And since I really don’t feel much like writing, I thought I’d let you see some newer pictures of the new grandbabies.

Huge Blessings in Small Packages
Thursday afternoon at 4:54 p.m., we were blessed with a new granddaughter! Then at 4:56 p.m., we were blessed again with her twin sister! They are beautiful, tiny bundles of joy. Ella Leigh was born first and weighed 3lbs 7oz. Madelyn Louise came second and weighed 3lbs 10oz. Both are approximately 17 inches long and they have incredibly big feet! 
They’re in very good health, and Ella was taken off the ventilator on Friday night! Praise God for that! They’ll be in the hospital for 4-6 weeks, but that’s just because they’re still so small.
